We see a clear cut connection between the mowing and public perception of the overall neighborhood.

The lack of maintenance leaves a negative first impression, both with respect to shoppers and new tenants who may be considering relocating to the 161 commercial corridor.

Conversely, a clean and well groomed corridor implies that the neighborhood remains prosperous and displays a sense of community pride.
